BLAC is the Brisbane Local Artist Collective.
Located at the previously known CBD Gallery (Level 3/99 Elizabeth Street - above Govindas Hare Krishna restuarant).

BLAC FRIDAYS
Every Friday night, from 7pm, a collection of talented, local artists, bring you an exhibition unlike any other gallery.
For a $5 door fee (support local art!), you are supplied with all the visual enjoyment that Brisbane has to offer.
Meet the artists, buy the art, and talk to us about putting your own work on the walls.
Food and drink provided.

The CBD Gallery is a unique, artist run gallery in the heart of Brisbane City.
Every Friday night at 7pm we open our doors to the public and expose them to hundreds of diverse artworks and the unequalled talents that have created them.

Support local art, and for a five$ entry fee, come long to our shows, meet and chat with artists and performers, and enjoy (and even buy!) the scenery.

The CBD Gallery is currently undergoing some changes, re-arrangements and some very exciting projects.
This means, among other brilliant things, that there is wall space once again. If there are any artists/photographers out there in or around Brisbane who would be interested in displaying their artwork for the world to see - drop in on a Friday night, take a look around and have a chat to one of the members.
